BECOME A BRIGHTPATH COACH
Are you a highly skilled and experienced coach looking to collaborate with us? We welcome inquiries from leadership, life, executive, and health coaches who are interested in becoming contracted Affiliate Coaches with our program.
We value the work we do and the Affiliate Coaches who partner with us. Our coaches play a critical role in delivering high-quality coaching experiences that align with our mission. As a result, we have a structured vetting process to ensure excellence, integrity, and alignment with our coaching methodology.
To be considered as an Affiliate Coach, you must:
Hold a coaching certification from either the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).
Have completed a minimum of 100 hours of professional coach training.
Have an active coaching practice with demonstrated experience.
Carry professional liability insurance for your coaching services.
Submit and receive the appropriate tax documentation (W-9 or 1099, as required) for independent contractor status.
Understand that this is a contractor (affiliate) relationship and not direct employment with the university.
Be responsible for handling their own taxes and benefits.
